In case you all missed it, the man did it again
 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. Defendant Attorney General Xavier Becerra, and his officers, agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, and those persons in active concert or participation with him, and those duly sworn state peace officers and federal law enforcement officers who gain knowledge of this injunction order or know of the existence of this injunction order, are enjoined from implementing or enforcing the ammunition sales background check provisions found in California Penal Code §§ 30370(a) through (d) and 30352, and the ammunition anti-importation provisions found in §§ 30312(a) and (b), and 30314(a) as well as the criminal enforcement of California Penal Code §§ 30365, 30312(d) and 30314(c). 2. Defendant Attorney General Xavier Becerra shall provide forthwith, by personal service or otherwise, actual notice of this order to all law enforcement personnel who are responsible for implementing or enforcing the enjoined statute. Within 10 days, the government shall file a declaration establishing proof of such notice. Alternatively, the parties may file a stipulation. IT IS SO ORDERED. DATED: April 23, 2020 |

I reload for most of my needs, but ran out and needed to buy ammo. I was denied. Apparently, I committed the heinous act of moving a few miles, updated my CCW and my Real ID to the new address, which didn’t match my last gun purchase. Somehow that made me less qualified to buy ammo. Idiots! FGN and FCADOJ. |

On that happy day, bazillions of magazines will be ordered and another bazillion of 10/20 mags and 10/30 mags will quickly be converted to standard capacity magazines. On April 23, Judge Roger Benitez enjoined California from enforcing a state law that required background checks and banned internet sales of ammunition. Run do not walk to the Intertubez and put your orders in now because you know the government is out shopping for a favorable judge to counter.
Because of the China virus I haven't shot the top off of my ammo fort.  Now that I learned the BLM is wide open things are looking better here in the house arrest location. The director of the BLM was on Hanity tonight. |

A Trump judge and an Obama judge voted to issue a stay against Benitez's preliminary injunction pending a ruling on Becerra's request for an emergency stay of the injunction. As of 2154 today, no more mail order or Internet order ammo, FTF sales, dealer sales without a background check, or importation (other than the exceptions that exist in the law).
I managed to get some 7.62X54R LVE Extra Match for $12.50/box less than an hour earlier, in-person. Wasn't able to get anything else. |

We vote for the opposition but the socialists get elected, anyway.
We take the matter to court and win and injunction. The injunction is stayed by socialist judges. I suppose we have to take these matters to the USSC. If this were a poll tax, or an issue of access, sex or sexuality, or anything else, there is no way the courts would allow the majority in this State to infringe on the constitutional rights of the minority. |

Most CA gunners are, in my opinion, lazy spineless simpletons. They are more than happy to reap any benefits of a win but couldn't be bothered to actually do anything to protect our rights. What really bothers me is the fact that the AG got an emergency stay at that hour on that day. I can't believe that the courts would ever show that level of accommodation for anyone, but here we are.
