Looking for a ffl for a destructive device transfer, 09 FFL.  Hopefully in the areas of richmond and north.  Called around but having trouble locating one.
Checked the hometown sticky threads and didnt see any specifically listed there either.

Look for the 09 or 10 in the column D.  Not a real long list unfortunately and some of them may not have any interest in retail sales.

Yes, we can transfer DDs on a limited basis as an FFL07/SOT.  We've done dozens over the years.
