I will resolve to get back "home" here every once in a while - I miss this site and the good folks here.
I know there's little chance of things slowing down professionally; even though I could retire right now, realistically I'm looking at almost three more years; all three kids will be in high school at the same time next fall... yeah, the odds don't look good. Still, I have to believe if I make a real effort I could get here more than the handful of times I have managed the past few years.  |

Wow! Welcome back Hardshell. I’m glad to see you.
I’ve decided to make 2021 into my health year where I turn the corner and get back to fit. My wife and I are pushing hard to lose weight and gain muscle. I’m hoping that my former athlete’s muscle memory and conditioning will help ease the process but we will see. |
