I will be driving down to Florida and meeting my wife and daughter when they fly down on May 22 into Orlando and they fly out on the 29th.  

In Panama City we'll go to the beach, some place that you can go swim with the dolphins, and visit our property.  The Clearwater Marine Aquarium in Clearwater where the movie Dolphin Tales was filmed to see that dolphin and everything else they have.  We will go visit Cape Canaveral as neither of them have been there.  If we have time we will head down to Key West but it is not a deal breaker.

I want to give our business to a FL HTF member if possible so here's what I need help with:

...Anybody have a gator farm or recommend one to visit?

...Anybody charter airboat rides in the Everglades or recommend someone?

...Wife and daughter want to go parasailing so once again any recommendations?

...Looking at chartering a boat to just go out into the open water for awhile but no fishing, just to get away and relax.  For that kind of charter would the Atlantic side or the Gulf side be preferred?  I think the Gulf would be calmer waters as I don't need any of us Iowegian landlubbers to get sea-sick and ruin a day or two of the vacation.  So anyone here have a charter boat business or recommend another charter owner?

Thanks for any input or recommendations of any other roadside places worthy of visiting (no Disney, etc...)

Yes, I do realize how much driving it would be to go to all the places listed, but it's a surprise Birthday vacation for my wife so she can pick and choose where she wants to go and what she wants to do from the items listed.  She has already showed a past interest in doing them if we were to visit Florida again, so it's just a matter of what she chooses and how much time she wants to spend sitting in the car.   We have a rental car for the week and no set time or place we have to be anywhere which makes our schedule wide open.  

Any other advice/input would be appreciated.  TIA
