We had a Termio Termite Warranty when we bought out house, it has expired, however they were very professional when they came out for the initial inspection and great follow up, all at a good price.
We had already hired City Wide pest control and I believe that what they treat for includes termites so there was not need to have and pay for both. |

He just did a treatment for me, fair/competitive price. Time will tell how effective the treatment is, but I suspect I won’t have any problems. Would recommend
