So my son graduates from High School next Wednesday and his gift was going to be an AR-15 rifle kit and lower (He enjoys building things and will like putting together his AR.)

Anyways, Palmetto State has the wrong address on file for my FFL where the lower was headed. Their fault, they entered the address in wrong and it is wrong on there website. Now the lower is headed back to SC because UPS can't deliver it, and I am told there is nothing they can do to stop it and re-route it, and I will have to wait for them to re-ship it, and now the lower will not be here in time. I don't really want to pay $100 for a "cheap" lower from a gun store locally, as we are already over budget on his gift.

Does anyone have a cheap lower (PSA, Anderson, etc) that they would be willing to sale or do you know of any gun shops that have lowers at a reasonable price? My LGS has CMMG's for $105
