My buddy is building a 14.5” upper and needs a gunsmith but has not been able to find one who will do this.

Any recommendations?

Chris at Accu-arms in Missoula should be able to do that. The real question is time frame. He’s always got a wall of work waiting to be done so the timeline is never quick. However if you bring him a six pack of root beer and some good manners your chances of a timely turn around improve dramatically.
