Hi I am replacing my Lennox AC unit that died and it's ip for replacement. I am looking for a Trane unit and someone to install it. Recommendations?

Jacobs put a trane in for me, very competitive price and they seem to run a legit operation, but not with massive overhead

nice clean install, some contractors automatically said they'd run new suction/ pressure lines through the attic which I didn't like, Jacobs said they only do that as a last resort

With 410a some older linesets are not rated for the operating pressures.
Ive found that unless its linesets from 1956 lol your sets are normally good to go.
At work we use clayton mechanical, they are outta orlando area but do our installs. Roughly 2-3 per month.( port orange area).
They yet to change any line sets on us. Avg age is 12 years old.
Sorry they arent local.

They changed the lines, just used the existing run

Good.

Through the attic aint bad....
But.
If the suction side aint unsulated well. Over time youll end up with the mystery stain lol.
