My usual FFL for long guns & "others" (he doesn't do pistols) told me they aren't allowed to do "others" anymore, (like a stripped lower or Mossberg shockwave), because NCPD requires them to now have a pistol FFL.

Anyone know if that is now true?

Wow! Would not surprise knowing this county. Glad I stocked up years ago. I suppose the alternative is to go to Suffolk until they join the bandwagon.

I think that guy stop doing tranfers .
I called him a few weeks ago and and they told me the guy doesn’t do it anymore.

try calling south shore sportsman.  they should know

thats nothing new and thats state wide. you need a different permit to sell pistols. assault weapons. high cap mags and firearms classified as others. thats old news

they are considered others. you need a separate state license other then just the rifle license to sell them. its the same license that covers pistols, high cap mags and assault weapons
