SB2387 floor amendment 3 will not be heard today.

SB0337 floor amendment 2 passes out of committee 7 - 5 (committee make up is 8 D and 4 R)

Harmon indicates amendment is same wording as vetoed SB1657 plus previous trailer bill. He wants to get language submitted but has no intention of calling it as is. Plans to have another amendment to call after they are done working on the bill.

Harmon's Dealer Licensing bill made it out of committee but, he says he isn't going to run it as it is....He will most likely make some less crappy changes to it in the hope he can gain some votes.

I don't know what this moron hopes to get out of this.  They already passed a bill.  Gov. Rauner vetoed it.  They didn't have enough votes to override. I would expect the Gov. to do the same thing, if another bill passes.  One has to wonder who is operating the puppet strings here, and why they wouldn't wait until after the election.  If the democratic ultra-liberal big gov't., big tax, welfare, gun control guy that won the dem. primary gets in, they'll get their wish.

That guy is going to be a very serious problem. I can't state that in strong enough terms.
