I know with Clinton and it's conservation land that those with disabilities can hunt in areas using their hunt vehicle and if large enough cut trails you bring your vehicle into with you and hunt from and going on their trails that are setup with lock-gates. You go to the local conservation office and get a handicap pass to hunt and they'll give you a key to unlock the cross gates to go into, whereas able bodied people must go around the gates and walk into the area and keeping their vehicles off the trails outside those locked gates.
I hunt Clinton quite a bit for squirrels or deer. Got a turkey once there.
Clinton also has Golden Valley shooting range. 25, 50, 100yd ranges along with a separate, but next to shooting range a shotgun area.
If coming to the area, there's also surrounding towns that might appeal if wanting to help keep costs down than living in either Warrensburg or Sedalia. There's Monserret, Holden, Centerville, Monet to name a few.
If around Clinton, there's Chilhowee, Leeton, Urich for a few small towns. There's also Blairestown, but it's become a dead town, but was once the home of renowned Wall's Gun Shop.
For hospitals, there's Warrensburg Memorial Medical Hospital and for Clinton it has Golden Valley. Both have Flight for Life and can transport quickly to St. Lukes or other speciality care medical hospitals within the KC area if need arises. My sister in law just a couple weeks had a serious auto accident near Warsaw and was transported to Golden Valley in Clinton, and due to needs was transported by Flight for Life to St. Lukes East, where she got the care that was needed.
