Most likely many of the same mayors that pushed for defunding the police and support their DA's who refuse to prosecute crimes because the laws are "racist" and "equity".

It is so tiring seeing some shooter in NYC being caught and finding out he (always a he) has an arrest record longer than the Constitution, with little if any time ever served.
