But that's not the point of the study, or of the bill. The point of the bill is to ban all/most handgun purchases in NY. So even if one podunk company says they can make the parts...no more handguns until they all can do the microstamping. |

Well once all the old stock of semi auto pistols are sold, THEN we won't be able to buy anymore.

Guy I work with who is not leo just got his unrestricted in onondaga. He said it took a little over a month apparently.
