We were in Pioche the past few weekends setting up out new place and have noticed every weekend more and more people driving around looking at real estate. Is this a normal springtime activity or is this people who don't want to be caught in Vegas for the next virus and are looking for a bug out location? Have you noticed an uptick of people driving around where you're at?
We are on a small cul de sac with only a few lots (none for sale but our realtor never took the sign down at the end of the street for ours) and we had 3 vehicles just on Saturday slowly drive by, not residents either, they were clearly looking to find the for sale sign.
