Hi, I live down on the Gulf Coast but trying to help my mom, who lives in Rockport WV, out. Her husband passed away following a botched routine surgery in Parkersburg. Any recommendations for a good medical malpractice attorney that operates in the Charleston or Parkersburg area would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Charleston area Sam Madia is an attorney...I don't know what his "specialty" is but he may be able to direct you if he cannot do it. Good guy.

Sam Madia is based out of Clarksburg.
Shaffer Madia Law

And yes, he's a good guy, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him.
