I’m currently in the military and I have LCM for my CCW, my question is am I still limited to 10 rounds in my magazine while carrying?

First off you do not have a CCW. You have a Pistol Permit. It allows you to buy and carry your handgun. You can open or conceal carry here.

LCM=limited capacity magazine?

Being .mil you can carry a regular capacity magazine. Once you separate from the military you can declare the normal capacity magazines you have and then you are a regular citizen and have to use a limited capacity magazine for carry.

Actually, you can still carry a 10+ rd mag in your SD firearm, but it can only be loaded to 10rds...

Downloading from max magazine capacity would be exactly as edge described, a limited capacity magazine. No difference.
