Just passed the House today also, 60-48 with 4 democrats even joining our side.
The 1945 law is history.

Bitchmer has been using the department of public health to impose restrictions.
Laws allowing that need to be changed too. |

Too little, too late, and the MI Supreme Court already ruled it unconstitutional last year, and it couldn't be used any more. So this really accomplished nothing except removing some words from a book that couldn't be used anyway.
And she went and used the health department 2 days later to get around it. Which she can still do. Which ANY governor can do. Any time they want to claim a public health emergency. Bread and circuses and the republicans once again have done nothing to help us. |

Sadly, a LOT of the politically neutral (not hard leftists) are pretty confident that she'll be reelected, and they're voting for her too.
