Yeah hopefully all 3 or 4 of the cases win.

Then we toss the AWB, mag ban, the concealed carry improvement act, the new semi auto rifle licensing laws..everything.

Upstate jurisdictions, outside the blue cities, perhaps. But I doubt you will see downstate relax enforcement. Even if there is a ruling against the state. Recall the Nassau County PD Lieutenant who issued a letter stating a Federal Court ruling in upstate NY did not apply downstate? Pepperidge Farm remembers Granted higher ups revoked the letter but I am sure you will still get a ride until they sort it out. On the plus side, the Sheriff's Department chef at the Nassau County Jail is excellent!

LAPD not LA Sheriff. Small distinction.

I don't think you'll see that in NY, most Sheriff's in NY support it
