Usually they can tell that it is fraud, but they make the victim prove it. Even then it is hard to get them to let the victim off the hook. I don’t know what “reasonably priced” means. But if I were in Houston and needed a lawyer I’d go straight to Larry Rothenberg. Great, personable guy, and superbly smart lawyer.
