Damn after the muffuletta thread, and now you posting about a decent meal in Louisiana.... It make me homesick.

Zachary and Baker are all fast food and Viet ran Chinese joints. The jaunt to dt will get you a better options food wise.

I have trained duck dogs with a group in that area (Ethel) for years.  I can only recall the Burger joint in Jackson as a decent meal, but I will defer to those more local.
