Shoot yourself?  As was asked above where in CT are you? Most private clubs have waiting lists. Hartford Gun Club in Granby is one of the only ones I know that accept members right away. Blue Trails is in Wallingford and you can shoot to 100 yards and is a public range so you pay by the visit. Best bet is to find a club in your AO and get to know some members. Usually by going to their public events or their meetings. Then get on the waiting list. |

NorthWestern Connecticut Sportsman’s Association (NWCSA) in Norfolk CT. Need to know existing members to get in.

Ledyard Sportsmen Club has a 400 yard rifle range. Fee’s aren’t bad compared to the rest of the state. Membership is tight, so you’ll have to get on a waiting list. Associate members drop every year in June, then when they add new folks from the list.
