Apparently the Supreme court hearing was interesting and Barnes did not like it.
"You heard some very concerning comparisons,” Barnes told CBS 58 in a video interview. “Calling [the order extension] tyranny and another with the comparison to internment of Japanese-Americans during World War II could not be more out of line and could not be more hyperbolic.”

Here is the ch 58 news story.

If the shoe fits.

I bet even the Japanese could get hair cuts in the camps.

There are actually a lot of parallels to that situation. The Japanese weren't just interned, they lost their livelyhood, their property, they also suffered degraded health. These are all happening here and now.
The state has taken peoples income and livelyhood. The state has decreed that preventive and routine diagnostic healthcare is cancelled. The stte has mandated people "Stay Home", Putting citizens in a virtual and legal fence restricting movement. The state has gone after religius institutions.

This situation is a test of how the state treats citizen's rights, If they only have to declare a "Public health emergency" to suspend rights noone and nothing is safe.

But he doesn't find it concerning that one unelected bureaucrat can just suspend the civil rights of a states citizens indefinitely. God that guy is an embarrassment
