A Level 3 sex offender has been released from prison and will be living at the Benton County Transition Center on Monroe Street in Corvallis, the Benton County Sheriff's Office said.
"A Level 3 sex offender presents the highest risk to reoffend and requires the widest range of notification including listing on the Oregon State Police Sex Offender Registry public website," according to the State of Oregon. The sheriff said James Crotsley, 52, was released from prison Wednesday. Great.
