I'm looking to purchase a gift certificate to a quality butcher shop/meat market for someone that lives in Las Vegas and I'm looking for recommendations where to buy it from.  I'll either need e-delivery or possibly have an acquaintance locally pic up on my behalf.

Village Meat & Wine might work. I just go there for the bacon,which is the best ever.
