Just heard on the radio yesterday that Lamont again extended the "declaration of public health emergency" until the end of December.

Claimed it is to continue getting federal money to help increase SNAP benefits.

I don't understand why we need to continue taking money from the Fed if we have such a surplus and are giving out tax breaks.... (that was a sarcastic statement).

Am I the only one thinking this is going to play into the November Election...

Is anyone really surprised by this? This was entirely predictable and was warned about from day one that this would happen. People were called conspiracy nuts for suggesting it... yet once again, here we are. Once he (Democrats) have the power they do not want to give it up. Just gotta keep those fed bux rolling in. They are now morphing it to cover other areas like, as indicated in the order, housing the homeless. They will expand it to cover anything else they deem a "public health emergency". Just wait, they will roll 2A into it under the claim of "gun violence" being a public health emergency.

Anyone who did not see this coming needs to make an appointment for a brain scan.
