Did Red Ned say anything new? He been a bit tardy on issuing EO's as his last one is 10 days ago where he extended his Covid EO's till Feb 9, 2021. I know New Haven's Mayor was pushing hard to have Red Ned go back to phase one and lock everything down since Red Ned's Covid EO's took away the power of the cities and towns to do so. WTNH has floated a couple of stories to gauge people's reaction to going back to phase 1/total lock down.
