Hey all,

I'm looking to hire a Distribution Supervisor in my factory in Chesapeake, VA. I'm looking for someone enthusiastic, good with people and most importantly: someone who isn't afraid to drive change and put in the work.

I would prefer someone with a military background but it isn't necessary. I am a veteran and I find that the structure I'm trying to build goes better when I have people who understand from experience. This position would have 2-3 direct reports and report directly to me. I am obviously in FL so it's a very atonomous position, and a great opportunity to grow into something bigger.

It is a WORKING supervisor position so you need to be in shape to lift objects sometimes in excess of 75 lbs.

I am looking to pay around 45-55 per year depending on experience and skillset.
