Soon to be statewide. Call your reps to support Senate Joint Resolution 1 and SB353.
353 would prohibit any WV state or local police from assisting federal authorities in enforcing any new gun laws.
SJR1 would be a WV constitutional amendment prohibiting the restriction of the 2nd Amendment Right by state or local government.

Jefferson County is great overall.  2A Sanctuary is interesting, I wonder if other Counties in WV will do the same.  When I lived in Jefferson County they did not allow home-based FFLs.  Hopefully, they change that!
