(1) "2030 requirement" refers to the requirement that all privately owned and publicly owned passenger and light duty vehicles of model year 2030 or later sold or registered in Washington state be electric vehicles.

Wont happen. Even the city of London is having a hard time figuring out how they are going to accomplish that goal by 2035, and they've been at it for like 10 years already.

Let's really focus on our needs here and pass a law to require a cure for cancer by 2030 - it seems a bit more important...
