Figure late summer/early fall?

If so, which topics from the Pioneer Task Book would people find most interesting- and does anyone have a location with a significant amount of property which we could host it on?  We are fully insured and approved as a public safety non-profit by the IRS.

It isn't that at all. It is related to legal and insurance requirements in some jurisdictions that we can meet by having someone who is a retired officer or SNCO supervising, and/or the ability of officers and SNCOs (including reserve/retired) to sign non-pay IDT point paperwork for reservists participating.

It is also worth noting that the primary focus of APC is leadership development- and the primary formal instructors for that topic, whether at staff courses or tactical leadership courses, are officers and SNCOs. We are constantly hunting for (and have several now) current and former special skills schools instructors. There aren't a lot of sergeants and below who have experience as Ranger School/Sapper Leader Course/Amphibious Reconnaissance/ANGLICO Basic Course/Mountain Warfare instructors. Please don't think that APC discounts you for being junior enlisted. I was junior enlisted once, and our national board of directors has an E5 on it. We ask specific questions for a reason.

How much property is needed can dramatically change based on which subject people want to focus on.

For shooting focused courses, at least a 100y range suitable for rifle/pistol/shotgun.

For the mountaineering courses, we'd probably need a quarry or some sort of climbing tower- at least 30 feet vertical drop, preferably 50 to 80.

For the introductory small boat/waterborne operations courses we just need a gator free location that preferably includes both a river (or inlet) we can build a rope bridge across (up to 100' wide) , that students can swim in, and deep enough/large enough to flip boats over multiple times doing capsize drills.

It really depends. We won't typically run a class without 6 or 8 students (depending on cost of getting an instructor or two there). Average is probably 12.
