There are 209 FFL's that are 07 Manufacturers of Firearms Other Than Destructive Devices in Iowa.
https://www.atf.gov/firearms/listing-federal-firearms-licensees Download the list for Iowa. You will get business name, address, phone, etc. that will get you started.

My daughters AR pistol is a Superior Arms receiver with her name and numeric birthdate as its serial #...same thing with her Bowers pink Paradigm .22lr suppressor.
