damn, look at this wait time. Have a G19 being shipped in. Had hoped with nothing being in stock they would have caught up by now.

I thought after 4 business days the FFL was allowed to give you the firearm, but it might be at their discretion.  Anyone confirm?

Fed law says the FFL can release it after 72 hours at the FFL's discretion.  Very few FFL's will do so however, and I've heard that CBI will get super pissed off if you release after 72 hours and the background check comes back denied later.

Personally I think CBI needs to be sued again.  Fucking bullshit that they charge a fee, and take forever.
