What is the signal app?
For what it is worth, I check the hometown forum nearly every day to see what's going on. Indiana is a quiet state. |

Downloaded app, but not seeing where to request joining an existing group. Just where to start a new one. Someone needs to hold my hand I guess. |

Signal is way easier to follow along. |
