Has anyone had their order changed under the new law since July of 2017?

Am curious if it was beneficial/disadvantageous from the prior fixed percentage version.

First I've heard of this. Can you elaborate?  Mine hasn't changed from the 22% for a single child

Max is supposed to be 20% for a single child under the pre 7/1/17 system,  unless you've had the order for some time.
