Archived Locked [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Immediate need for a home rental in Park or Gallatin county. UPDATE - Found a place!

I know someone in immediate need of a house to rent. Landlord gave notice that the house was for sale about a month ago and it sold immediately and they need a new place by September 1. Preferably Park county (that's where work is), but would consider Gallatin. Can provide stellar references. Must be pet friendly (one dog and one cat). Two or Three Bedroom small house or town home, at this point they would consider all options.  Budget is about $1300 per month which I understand is a tall order in this market. Conservative and hard working person who has their own small business. Thanks!

UPDATE: Move out date changed to September 16, 2021.
