I grew up on the west side of WI so the Vikings have always been the Packers arch rival. I know people from southern part of WI, and to them the Bears are the arch rivals.

So how about the north east part of the state? Which team is the Packers arch nemesis?

I'd say it's a 70/30 split on the answer around here (Oneida County), Bears/Vikings.

I hate FIBs more than I hate Minnesotans, lol.

Agree, in Vilas County. Mainly because there's a lot of Chicago people with 2nd homes here. And I like seeing them miserable when Da Bears get their asses kicked by Da Pack.
