I think we just got a glimpse in to the future. Hopefully we have sheriffs in full rebellion like in other purple states.

republicans arent putting up candidates that people want to vote for, as it is they're not even putting up candidates that people are willing to drag their asses out to vote strategically for.

If Perdue got the same number of votes as Bubba McDonald for PSC (2,215,208), he would have beat Ossoff.

Truth.  There's consequences when the leader says "don't vote."  There's consequences when folks start labelling.  And there's consequences when you can't get the folks in the middle.

Hopefully learning will take place.  Or we can have folks acting like antifa terrorists while claiming to be law and order, "patriots" or or "oath keepers".

I spent 20 years wearing the uniform of this country.  I've been in the minority and the majority on multiple elections.  But I expected better of my party.

It’s all been a calculated move to go towards socialism. Repub leadership did nothing about mail in voting and even went out to say repubs shouldn’t do it. After the pres election they sat on their hands again. Then, turtle kills the 2k stimulus. I’m not a conspiracy person but it is aweful easy to see what they were pushing towards. They’ve got it now, we’ll have universal healthcare and all the wants the gov has within 2 years. It will then “go back to normal”.

As far as Abrams, we have a large majority of state house repubs. Should be about as much done as that gap in her face does. I’m looking at it as, I’ve already hit 50% increase in value of my property in 4 years. Liberal utopia will bring it up and once it hits 100%.......bye Felicia

Mr. Burdell,

Thank you for emailing to share your election concerns—please know that I share them.
I was the first elected official I am aware of in Georgia who called for a signature audit and election integrity hearings. You can view the press conference here:
https://www.facebook.com/watch/live/?v=2686249354963174&ref=watch_permalink
Here is an article if you are not able to view the press conference:
https://www.cbs46.com/news/senators-demand-changes-to-election-process/article_bc3dbdce-2927-11eb-abab-27e2c929970e.html
I was proud to lead this group of 8 Senators in our call for oversight and transparency.
The following week, I was one of four Senators to publicly call for a special session, again, we were the first elected officials in the State to do so. Here is an article about this effort:
https://www.ajc.com/politics/election/georgia-senators-call-for-special-session-to-address-voting-issues/TK5JZGQLTFDIHAGDVSSNVE6JYU/
Unfortunately, 4 of 56 Senators falls far short of the 3/5 of House and Senate Members required to convene a special session.

I also encourage you to go to www.legis.ga.gov and watch the archived videos of the Government Oversight and Judiciary Committee hearings I participated in and asked several important questions pertaining to all things on the election, on Thursday December, 3rd. You can view my closing statements in Govt. Oversight here, https://youtu.be/p8A7j579eoQ.
Also, as a result of our caucus meeting on Dec. 8th, we will be pursuing the following,
1.            We are calling upon the elections officials to engage the GBI to investigate any and all fraudulent activities, including those which were brought to light during Senate committee hearings on December 3, 2020.
2.            We insist that all counties immediately preserve all data from the November 3, 2020 General Election in order to conduct a forensic audit. We also call on these counties to perform a signature audit. We call on the State Elections Board to oversee and monitor that closely.
3.            We will continue to conduct public hearings up to and through January 5, 2021 to ensure that fraud and misconduct do not taint the next election.
4.            We will fully fund the Secretary of State’s call to investigate out-of-state residents who attempt to move here for the sole purpose of voting in our run-off. We will make sure that these criminals are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
5.            We call upon the Secretary of State to immediately release a certified list of all voters in the November 3, 2020 General Election and a certified list of all newly registered voters in Georgia from October 5-December 7, 2020.
6.            As soon as we may constitutionally convene, we will pass legislation to reverse the detrimental effects of the consent decree which was entered into in March 2020.

As soon as we may constitutionally convene, we will reform our election laws to secure our electoral process by eliminating at-will absentee voting. We will require photo identification for absentee voting for cause, and we will crack down on ballot harvesting by outlawing drop boxes

I continue to work with leadership and my colleagues to see these efforts come to a reality. I appreciate your support in this endeavor,

Greg (Dolezal)

Senator Dolezal:

Thanks for nothing. The republicans have gotten their last vote, and last dime, from me. An unarmed American veteran and patriot was murdered today in DC by Capitol LE. Why?

Stacy Abrams can have GA, and she'll get it, too, because the republicans are too spineless, and clueless, to stand up to her. I'll be leaving the state I've lived in most of my life, because I can't stomach what it has become while the so-called "conservative" republicans hemmed and hawed, twiddled their thumbs, and did nothing.

As we learned to say at Ga Tech: To Hell with Georgia, and I'm not just talking about the hick college in Athens.

What a disaster.

Your disenfranchised constituent,

George Burdell
Cumming, GA

Don't bother replying.  I'm really not interested in how hard you fought for us, or your laundry list of lame excuses.

Won't matter. The playbook used in November and last night was obvious:

Stall a Democrat county to hold over counting till the next day (Chatham in this case). Something big enough to drop 20,000+ votes.

Stack the deck in your favor and if it's not enough, drop the votes you need the following day.

Yesterday McConnell and Graham directly addressed BS like this.  Allegations of thousands of votes fraudulently submitted by the dead, underage, and convicted felons.  Of course those allegations were only in states where D's won...even with Republican leadership doing the counting.  Graham asked for proof of 10.  He didn't even get one.

If allegations are all you've got...

Yesterday jumped the shark for middle America.  The Q's, OAN, etc. are now irrelevant noisemakers.  The only thing standing between us and our freedoms being curtailed is the Supreme Court.  And those that can't compromise, that can't come to a deal, that can't listen and learn made it happen.

We're in for a very high risk two years.  And the Republican party owns it.  If they (and we) don't get our act together, it will be a lot longer than that.

This is a product of opening our doors to Hollywood; their money, their morals and values...their rules.

I've been in GA off and on since 1994 and once I retired from the Army in 2017, I changed my residency to GA.  This whole election cycle is disheartening, but I hope it wakes some people up.  Conservatives are, in general, very lazy politically.  I will be engaging some ARFCOM members local to me to discuss some ways we can hopefully make a difference locally.

We have a slight reprieve, but without the GA election system changing, Abrams or any other socialist democrat will be the next governor and they won't  have to try very hard or even leave the Altlatna metro area.

I'm starting to wonder if the best course of action with Kempf is a recall and a solid, electable replacement instead of the chubby, gap-tooth socialist?

Yeah, it's the double-edged sword of "great for business growth", but the downsides are far more damaging when you look at culture, crime, politics, ideology, morality, etc.   I would say they have influenced this recent election and will continue...

Sorry that some of us refuse to compromise on our god given rights.  When you sit down at the table to negotiate for that which you already have, you lose.

After the charade last night at the Capitol with all of the R politicians condemning their own base, I will never, ever vote blindly for an R ever again. They will have to align with my values. I will never vote for a socialist/communist D politician for damn sure but I can't just blindly support those that stab me in the back. The R's sit in their ivory towers and have completely lost touch with us, they can go to Hell.

They should really make a sticky in every single forum . . . it's like people like you don't get out at all and that way we can just refer you to the sticky at the top of the page.

Up until July, Dominion was a known bad variable.

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/will-georgias-new-voting-machines-solve-election-problems-or-make-them-worse

1.) The QR codes are not unique and the University of Michigan has known about this since July.

"J. Alex Halderman:
By analyzing the structure of the Q.R. codes, I have been able to learn that there's nothing that stops an attacker from just duplicating one, and the duplicate would count the same as the original bar code...I'm worried that the Georgia system is the technical equivalent to the 737 MAX. They have just made a last-minute software change that might well have unintended consequences and cause even more severe problems on Election Day."

2.) Texas removed the Dominion system last February for failing to meet examiner's standards. Notably:

"However, when a second USB drive was inserted into the ICX BMD, it was not logged. It was explained that the second drive would not be read by the software and therefore was not a risk of infecting the machine. The second USB drive may be ignored by the election software, but a non-DVS drive should not be allowed as the disk could contain a rogue program that could access the election files directly. Text from the security document (4.4 Monitoring System Access and Use) states:

From the initial state of the election project, until the deactivation state, the EMS system maintains an activity log within the EMS Database. This activity log contains every action that any of the users have performed within the system and represents a detailed audit log that can be analyzed and printed in the form of an audit report. The audit record information cannot be modified or permanently deleted using the EMS client applications.

* This implies that the log could be modified by a SQL tool. The integrity of the audit log is essential. Therefore, it is important that no database access tools, other than the election software, be installed on the EMS server. The database and the log files are encrypted which helps to prevent unauthorized, unlogged editing, but they could be deleted.

https://www.sos.texas.gov/elections/forms/sysexam/oct2019-watson.pdf

3.) Knowing this, the Coalition for Good Governance sues the state of Georgia and the Secretary of State's office in September (after successfully suing the state in 2019 and having the Diebold BMS removed).

https://coaltionforgoodgovernance.sharefile.com/share/view/sf576d1a5842495b8

"State  Defendants’  statewide  reprogramming  plan  also  does  not  include  any  security  testing.5    And  yet  this  plan  is  a  Herculean  undertaking  involving  likely  hundreds of personnel across the state (who are supposed to be completing logic and accuracy testing and preparing to begin elections)."

"Not only are these public reputational smears highly inappropriate, they ignore the reality that State Defendants are the ones who have been caught in repeated misrepresentations in  this  case—including  under  oath—and  also  are  the  ones  defending  an  election  system that not a single expert supports.  They literally could not find one expert to endorse  Georgia’s  Dominion  BMD  voting  system,  which  their  own  prior  experts  advised against.  Now they intend to embark on a statewide reprogramming of the BMDs, again without the support of any election security expert and likely without EAC certification, which is the mere starting point for reliable elections."

But what happens? Obama-appointee Judge Amy Totenberg tosses out the case 10 days later for "time considerations" while also mentioning this whopper:

"The activists' challenge presents serious system security vulnerability and operational issues that may place Plaintiffs and other voters at risk of deprivation of their fundamental right to cast an effective vote that is accurately counted. The Court’s Order has delved deep into the true risks posed by the new BMD voting system as well as its manner of implementation,” Totenberg wrote. “These risks are neither hypothetical nor remote under the current circumstances.”

https://www.savannahnow.com/story/news/2020/10/12/judge-expresses-concern-about-georgia-election-system-but-wont-order-immediate-switch-to-hand-marked/114770252/

4.) Raffensperger picked Dominion based on what exactly?

"One of Dominion’s lobbyists, Jared Thomas, has worked on Kemp’s political campaigns since he first won a state Senate seat in 2002. He also worked previously for Kemp in the Secretary of State’s Office. Another Dominion lobbyist, Barry Herron, was vice president of Diebold Election Systems, the company that originally sold Georgia its electronic voting machines in 2002."

https://www.ajc.com/news/state--regional-govt--politics/georgia-awards-contract-for-new-election-system-dominion-voting/tHh3V8KZnZivJoVzZRLO4O/

Gee whiz there slowplay, I guess we should totally expect a thorough review of the Dominion system right?

I'm sure Totenberg was just blowing smoke when she wrote in her summation: "For those reasons [her concern for a brand new system a month out], I must deny the activists' request for an immediate replacement of the new voting system with one that uses hand-marked paper ballots. However, the vital issues identified in this case will not disappear or be appropriately addressed without focused State attention, resources, ongoing serious evaluation by independent cybersecurity experts, and open-mindedness.”

I'm also relatively sure Marilyn Marks/Plantiff didn't know what the hell she was talking about when she wrote "We are deeply disappointed that Georgia voters will be voting in this important election on unreliable touchscreen machines that produce results that cannot be audited" after the case, you know, despite winning over the same thing the previous year.

5.) We know ballots were printed differently from Republican leaning precincts to Democrat leaning precincts, resulting in more adjudication and curing required in Republican areas.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWjQnXnbNrs

How is this even a thing? Why?

Trump got a 3 year investigation by the FBI from a sole document that was obviously faked and the result of a primary campaign opponent that was later hocked to Hillary.

Everyone involved with Dominion who didn't purchase the system sounded the alarm for at least 4 months before the election. Not even to include:

https://hereistheevidence.com/

after the fact.

Please address any of the points. I've been typing this kind of post out for a month and have yet to find anyone who even calls into question even one item.

57 Fairline,

Gee whiz....that's a lot of typing that doesn't show proof of a single fraud.

It shows concerns and vulnerabilities.  But not one single vote of the alleged fraud or "steal."

So even if you made it a sticky it doesn't change the point.  If you're going to allege fraud, then you need to have some proof.  So far all the lawyers have failed to mention that word in court.  It's just touted for the media.

There's a huge audit trail for mail in ballots, and special audits done in places like Cobb.  Those aren't Dominion problems.

As far as Dominion, they sued Sydney Powell today.  We're going to find out if what you're rebroadcasting holds up in court.  Maybe you'll be proven right.

But you still haven't provided proof of fraud.

Gee whiz, you've got a lot of backpedaling to start with:

Originally Posted By slowplay:

And then to end up at It shows concerns and vulnerabilities.

Yet again, Trump got a 3 year investigation for one fake dossier. Anyone looking into Dominion and what's happening with an objective look can't be called anything other than a white nationalist/nazi/conspiracy theorist apparently.

It's WORTH looking into. It is ENTIRELY possible Trump lost all on his own. But what you're asking for is what happens when SUBPONEAS are made in an actual court case.

Dominion is suing Sydney Powell for $1.3 billion, so we'll see what evidence she has to back her claims. Giuliani received the same letter as Powell prior to Dominion filing suit, so I would expect him to be hit with a comparable suit, along with a handful of others.

My cousin who lives in Carrollton told me this weekend that democrats or or their charities, PAC's what have you are paying people to move to Georgia and vote. She said they are paying up to 20,000 dollars. I find this legit because several Red counties up around Atlanta have turned Blue.

Do I believe if Georgia can right this, I don't know, but current leadership makes me not very hopeful.

The difference between us and them is we will stay home and not vote basically we are principled and our candidates must be morally clean like Jesus. If they are not then we won't vote.

They vote because they have no principles. Always remember they put party over everything. Everything.

I don't know about y'all but I'm voting Shane Hazel for Gov in 2022.

Kemp and Abrams both suck, Hazel may not have much of a chance to win but I tell ya what, he's a whole lot better than both of those losers and now is the time where a third party actually has a chance to win.

Granted, we're having to fight against Dominion machines which are completely compromised.

Up until July, Dominion was a known bad variable.

Please address any of the points. I've been typing this kind of post out for a month and have yet to find anyone who even calls into question even one item.

From a cyber-vulnerability perspective, the independent cyber security firm in Texas showed the vulnerabilities of all of the voting systems (to include Dominion) during the 2018 mid-term elections.  This isn't new, even the moronic Jimmy Carter voting foundation and blue-ribbon panel identified many of the areas that open the door to election fraud.  But nothing was ever done...

Among their suggestions… This is 15 years ago, and this is just to show you how none of this stuff ever matters. It never sees the light of day. It’s not done for any real purpose other than for people to say they did it; they worked on it. But it is never, ever to be actually applied. Among the recommendations made by former President Carter and James A. Baker III in their proposal:

“They called on states to increase voter ID requirements; to be leery of mail-in voting,” they warned about it, and they suggested that it would not be helpful. They defined and then recommended to “halt ballot harvesting,” the entire practice. They suggested ways of maintaining “valid voter lists,” voter registration forms, “in part to ensure that dead people are promptly removed from them.”

They recommend “to allow election observers to monitor ballot counting; and to make sure voting machines are working properly” before every election. “They also wanted the media to refrain from calling elections too early and from touting exit polls.” Folks, do you realize what this is? This is a roadmap that was written 15 years ago that was designed to specifically prevent everything that happened in the 2020 election.

The vulnerabilities are there, but I agree, where' the proof.  Unfortunately the proof are the thousands of sworn affidavits that were never even looked at in the courts.  Why hasn't a single allegation of fraud had a evidentiary hearing in court?  People are convicted for crimes solely from sworn witness statements.  I've worked as an Inspector General and we will substantiate allegations of fraud, waste, abuse or violations of policies and standards with the lower bar of a "preponderance of evidence", and that can and has been done with just sworn witness statements.  Sure the suspect gets to defend themselves against the allegations, but every single substantiated case from a preponderance of evidence left the subject no room to deny the allegations.  Affidavits and sworn statements are proof that needs to be disproven...and they never allowed that.

So, while I agree about listing the "proof", the current video evidence, eye-witness accounts from sworn affidavits should be tagged.  Just because you (or the courts) ignore the proof doesn't mean there isn't any proof of fraud or illegal actions.

No. I voted for Trump. Twice.

What I meant was that the republican establishment and the press wants to pick and hold our candidates to the highest moral equivalent, so when something happens, the press can ruin them and the establishment ostracize them. every time a democrat has a scandal they circle the wagons or the press just doesn't report it unless it something like what Weiner did. Trump was chosen by us the people. They won't let that happen again. That's my opinion.

The fraud-deniers want proof, most wouldn't know it if it kicked them in the ass.  Most want some dude videoing himself and documenting exactly how they committed fraud, maybe even writing a manifesto or step-by-step with pictures....wake up:

In the video we can see senior officials discussing with ballot counters that they will be adding from 1000 to 2000 votes in favor of democratic candidates in order to turn the elections.

"we'll need to add 3000 people to stop it at this point.  I'm going to get on the flip machine and flip 3000 over"

This is what we're up against people.    Fraudulent elections.  Never forget it.

EDIT:  Here is another clip that is showing her using the vote counter to count the same stack of democrat votes over and over again.

It doesn't matter how many people look over the actual evidence or who is conducting the investigation, the conspiracy theorists will believe what they want to believe.
