If we ever wondered if last year taught the ISRA anything about their horrific fail in helping write and passing the anti-gunner's "FOID modernization act", they have  ended that notion.
There is a new bill that makes gun owners FELONS for not reporting lost or stolen guns.  
This is current language:    
(d) Sentence. A person who violates this Section is guilty of a petty offense for a first violation. A second or subsequent violation of this Section is a Class A misdemeanor.

NO pro-gun organization would not oppose any bill that would possibly felonize any gun owner unless they are engaged in unlawful behavior.  When you see how the Democrats have downgraded the charges for violent criminals and then see how they are targeting gun owners, it is an outrage.  This is a case where the ISRA is in bed with the Democrats again!
