Looks like we may be in for a serious rate increase to our water bill. I have been 100% desert landscape for 30 years and never water any trees, or plants. But have seen my water, sewer .trash   bill more than double in the last 30 years . I wonder what the future hold with this latest development ?

Construction should've been limited 30-40 yrs ago, but better late than never.

Got a post card Friday from the city of Phoenix that said they were looking at a proposed  rate increase  for water services and storm water excise tax .https://www.phoenix.gov/proposedrates#:~:text=The%20Stormwater%20Excise%20Tax%2C%20which,new%20and%20expanded%20permit%20requirements
