Of all the things to no longer know who to contact about - I don't know where to buy bulk or bagged coal here any more. I'm looking for Montana bituminous obviously. A ton lasts me a long damn time.
It would be more convenient by far to have it delivered. Anyone have suggestions on decent companies that deliver to Gallatin or Broadwater? The place I want it brought is right on the border. I'm also guessing it's not $20/ton any more.

Any leads at all would be appreciated.
I'm just trying to avoid spending $10-20 per 40 pound bag. Buying coal brought in from out of state seems absolutely insane to me. |

I'll contact the Coal Council. Hopefully they have some suggestions.
You'd think it would be hard not to find a supplier here - we mine so damn much of the stuff. |

Sorry I wish I could be more help. There has to be somewhere in the bull mountain area that sells it. Lots of homes still use it.

The coal council never got back to me.
I may have to buy outside of Montana. This seems absolutely insane to me but what can you do! |
