This one may not be easy/exist, but if any of you have a suggestion, I'm all ears.

I need a unicorn RV camping spot.

Requirements:

1. 35' RV must fit along with second vehicle and trailer for 2-3 ATVs.
2. Group camp; we need to be off on our own and we need some room.
3. Generator use permitted 24/7, even if it must be an inverter. We need air conditioning and/or highly regulated air temp in the camper.
4. No water super close to the campsite; any water feature must not be visible from the campsite.
5. ATV trails nearby, preferably where you can run ATVs from the campsite to the trails.
6. MUST be in Minnesota, but can be nearly anywhere in MN. I hate skeeters, so I would enjoy being in an area with less skeeters and/or skeeter control in use.

We need points 2, 3 & 4 because we have a severely disabled child, and his sleeping environment must be extremely stable, and he is a flight risk and loves water. The hope is that the entire family can go, but only my oldest and I will be hitting the trails.

Would also take recommendations for a site that meets all points but #5, and we will skip trail riding.
