I returned the belgian malinois pup because it wasnt up to my standards..   This was back in october.   She promised me a new puppy but last week said she was refunding me my money and that a check would be on the way last week.  I told her ok but still no check no saying she sent check.  She's a breeder with a webpage ect.

I hope I just need a letter sent.  I'm not a rich person .  Just an army vet that bought a dog to help cope with his issues..
