After 7 years of working at other breweries and learning whatever I could, this opportunity presented itself. If you’re in the Harrisburg area or find yourself for work or for play stop by and check us out once we open.

For those wondering, Adam invited me to take a tour at his previous place of employment and was a gracious host while I was there. Top notch dude.

Thanks for the kind words. There's less to see but its still a pretty big place. In fact it's completely open. Customers will be able to see all the tanks about 25ft away from them with no partition.

This week starts the insanity. I have my bigger brewing equipment showing up this week, and the rest of the tanks should be here next week. I have steam lines to run and insulate as well as pre-insulated glycol refrigeration lines.

We’re thinking mid November. I have a slight delay in my main brewery equipment being delivered. I do have a small test batch brewing setup thats basically self-contained and turnkey.

My buddy who is a sanitary welding ninja as well as well as a general badass when it comes metal work. He’s all over the area from Bell & Evans to breweries, and other worksites.

Nothing booked and they’re not taking bookings until we’re fully open. We getting closer to opening. A few challenges came up but were not that far off track.

We’re up and running. Unfortunately my brewhouse will not arrive until late next week but I made a couple batches on my little test batch system. We’ll be open 11-11 for Black Friday and we’ll also be open Saturday 11-11 and Sunday 11-9. We have a limited taco menu in the brewery space and the restaurant isn’t quite open yet. We have plenty if beer in tap and sampling my two test batches.
