Quoted: I have an Arsenal 104UR “Krinkov” that I am considering parting with. Is it a big headache to lawfully transfer to another person? In state is easy on a Form 4. Out of state will require 2x Form 4s which makes it more of a pain from a time/money standpoint. Could you turn it back into a title I firearm, remove stock, and remove from ATF registry for an easier sell? |

It's not hard, just like the above post. Just the time it takes to get the approval is a pain.
I sold a suppressor to an out of state dealer. That didn't take long. I took a big hit on the price and of course the stamp. It can be done. |
