Season has looked good so far this year. I enjoyed seeing them take the Big 12 down in Arlington in the preseason (basically played in my backyard).
How far you think we will make it? |

I thought our defense lost it for us last night. No doubt Nebraska came out ready to win but hopefully that loss fired up the hogs.

Hogs rallied around Kopps as soon as he came in. That man and Opitz are the heart of the team.

That game was a nail biter until the 8th and then it made my week. Who would've thought a wild pitch AND home run in one inning, with two outs?

Yep, complete let-down. Don't know what took the wind out of their sails, because there is no reason for the #1 team to lose to an unranked one. I guess it just happens.
I hope the team doesn't take it too hard. |

Fun season. One to be proud of even with the huge disappointment at the end. Several of our best hitters were in major slumps the last few weeks.

As an insult to injury, the NCAA f#@&ed NC State out of the championship. They could've taken it all, and made our loss make sense.
