Are Glock 19 mags with the 5 and 6 follower considered Preban?

They do not have the U notch and the caliber on the back is just below the top.

If they are pre-ban I'll sell them to you guys trapped behind enemy lines.

Also what is the going rate for preban ar mags? I have 3 I can part with.

Mods please delete if inappropriate.

There are a few examples of preban magazines that this picture shows. But it is not 100% guaranteed and there is evidence of others.
#4 is the ideal preban mag people want that draw the most premium, but there is plenty of evidence that #7 can also be preban as long as it’s not marked “LE/GOV use only”.

If the mag is unmarked, it’s up to the state to prove your guilt.

*Yes, in the historic "innocent until proven guilty" sense.
But that is established long after:
You've been arrested
Your name is in the paper
You pay your lawyer thousands of dollars
The PD decides they won't be renewing your LTC
Etc, etc.

For most people many of the more certain and significant penalties come before the determination of guilt or innocence.

Everyone should determine their own level of comfort but don't anyone fool themselves about the general disposition of Massachusetts WRT to guns and magazines.

In most of these cases, the "ride" is the punishment! Once you are bankrupt, even if you "win" . . . have you really won?
