For a decent place in a safe area? Daughter is thinking about moving.

Hard to say without more info. Do you know what area of town she will be working and/or going to school? Apartments ok or does she need a house/yard? A really nice place can be had in gated apartment complexes for 800 to 1000. If you want her in a "safe" part of town you probably won't get much cheaper than that. I have never rented though, I am basing this on the 2 apartments my girlfriend has rented in different parts of town.

If she moves, money and safety will probably be a biggest deciding factors on where she winds up.

2 br/1 or 2 bath apartment most likely.

Realistically a low - high of $800-1200.  My sister is in a 2 bed 1 bath in a good complex and at close to $950.  If she comes up with some areas that she wants to look at let me know and I will see what kind of stats I can come up with for the area, got a connection I can tap in to.
