My girlfriend applied for her new CCW in August of ‘20. No prints. Received it towards the end of September ‘21.
Absolutely ridiculous. |

Wife and I did our renewal (no prints ) on 1/31/21. NOTHING yet!! This BS !! A friend did his FOID renewal in Aug/ 20, same thing.
Renewed my DL in Spt. on line and had the new one a week later. Maybe State could learn some lessons from Jesse White's department. Just sayin. |

I sent in my renewal on Oct 27, 2020. I received my new card in the mail yesterday. I have nothing nice to say.

Been trying to log onto FOID to apply . Says username is wrong. It's not or password is wrong. Will not send info autocorrect email address. Says you need to call.
Waited 6 hrs on hold hung up on. Waited a little over 4 hrs hung up on. Twice on hold 2 hours again hung up on. Are there any lawsuits we can join? This is on purpose. I'm in IT and have a program that save passwords and user names and encrypts them. I know everything is right but refuses to let anyone in the family log onto their account. |

Since they added additional security measures, everyone must re-verify their account. Mike |

Mike Just to be clear I have done that several times. I also saved every bit of info in a user/password vault. I did this as I created all of our online accounts. There are no mistakes. I never get a return email or disconnect on the phone after hours of being on hold. |

A friend newly applied with his class credentials in Mid-May and received his CCL in Mid Sept. No fingerprints used. Somewhere on the FSB site is a bureau performance graph showing the delays present. At one time this past summer, there was a shorter delay for non fingerprint submissions.

My carry license should expire in February but on their website it states my expiration date is "COVID19." Hopefully they'll send me my renewal letter so I can get the classroom and range out of the way and the process going. What a cluster.

Expiration April 27, 2021. Renewal submitted March 9, 2021, went active 11/23/21, arrived today 12/2/21. It is up for renewal again on April 27, 2026. They didn't even give an extra month or two for all their COVID drama. I had the paperwork, payment in ahead of time. Because of their ongoing cluster fuck downstate they should have given anyone with their payment and app in on time a few months extra if not another year.
