7 point lead and yes I know the polling can be biased but seriously? This state would pick that communist fuck tard?

Remember, you got virtually every idiot in Boulder and Denver voting for that communist fuck stick.  Larimer is 50-50 split at best anymore.

Offer enough free crap to the gullible and you have an instant base.  Give a dose of reality and they'll turn and vote for free crap every time just so they don't have to pay for it.  This is also why they manufactured that dustup last year regarding renaming the Stapleton area so that this year you would associate the Stapleton name to racist slave owner.

On a side note, I haven't seen any pro-stapleton ads out there.  Nothing but Polis ads about how Stapleton wants to take money away from education (when you read the quote printed on the screen to support their claim it says unchecked monies) and spend on jails.  It doesn't seem that Stapleton is spending a whole lotta money trying to get elected and it is too late for a push now because the ballots have arrived.

I think the Republicans are done with Colorado.  There not spending any money on  elections they have no chance at winning. It's sad but the truth, Colorado is lost to many east costers and Californians have moved in.

I'm beginning to think that states need their own form of the electoral college so that the less densely populated areas can actually get some representation too.  Denver/Boulder wags Colorado.  NoVA waggs Virginia.  Chicago waggs Illinois.  Polis doesn't even need to leave the Denver metro area to have a strong campaign.

Another thing to keep in mind, if you can not find the demographic breakdown of the poll, don't trust it.

That is why the "surprise" of trumps win and why even where she won it was not by the 10 or 15 points predicted.  Colorado for example is roughly 30% r 30% d and 40% independent or other.  Polls showing Hillary with double digit leads generally sampled 20-25% R's, 30-35% I/O and over 40 percent D.  Every poll I could find demographics on in 2016 showing Hillary with a double digit lead had a similar over sampling of D's.

Throw in a lot of I's and D's lie out of habit so they do not get the liberal hate mob and you can not rely on a lot of polls any more.

I hope you're right about that.  I just moved this Spring to Mike Coffman's district away from Permutter's.  Carpet-bagger Crow is leading in the polls.

The Polis and Crow numbers have got me worrying about the rest of the statewide ballot measures...

It's the possibility of Polis/Weiser that has me worried.  Those two together ...

I don't want to move either but I want to sell
my house before the price goes down because of polis's policies.

Agreed on not wanting to move. Been here just shy of 20 years and have seriously been thinking about a move to Idaho. Problem is, the cali transplants to Boise are soon going to do that state what Denver/Boulder has done/is doing to the rest of Colorado.

Serious question: which mountain state will stay conservative the longest? MT, WY, maybe ID?

Wyoming, it's a tough place to live for most of the state.

But yeah, colorado is rapidly repeating the mistakes of california and just becoming California East

Have to go somewhere that doesn't have a big urban area that skews everything.

Fuck me

I'm stuck here probably at least 10 more years, more likely 15.

My only hope is that the state Senate stays red.  Otherwise we're going to get fucked hard.

Honestly, I wasn't surprised about Polis winning. The SOS, AG, and Treasurer races have me livid, though.

19-16 in the communists favor is what its looking like.

Pole Smoker will be able to ram through ANYTHING he wants.  He's going to do a LOT of damage in the next 2 years at the very least.
