Slightly OT, I had hazmat certs for a long time, had to renew every 3 years or so IIRC. Nothing in any of the classes was about shipping safety, it was 100% about following paperwork regulations

You could always have another swap meet at your place...... it is a little cold though. I don;t know anyone currently loading magnums to buy the powder......but the primers should sell easily locally depending on your price.
